a. Order Processing
Orders placed before February 1, 2026 will be processed as scheduled.
As some suppliers may start their holidays early, orders placed after February 1, 2026 will be processed depending on the supplier’s availability.
Orders and shipments placed during the holiday will be processed in sequence starting February 24, 2026, after the holiday ends.
b. Shipment of Packages
Packages submitted before February 8, 2026 will be shipped as planned.
c. Service Suspension
During the holiday, order processing, warehouse inspection, and logistics services will be suspended.
Customer service via WhatsApp and email will respond every two days. For non-urgent matters, please kindly wait until after the holiday.
